Shipping & Returns
Our default shipping method is USPS. We don’t look to make money shipping and handling your order…we just want to put your order together and calculate the cheapest shipping we can! We can usually ship same or next day, once your order has been paid for. In the off season, if we are traveling, we can usually ship orders within seven days.
We aim to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. If you need to make a return of something you have purchased on our website, or something you purchased while at the store but are now home hundreds of miles away, just contact us at [email protected]
● If the returned goods are in an unsatisfactory condition, the return will not be accepted. If that is the case, we will notify you immediately and tell you why we made that decision.
● For Hygienic reasons swimwear is a Final Sale and thus can not be returned. No Exceptions.
● Regular priced merchandise may be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Merchandise must be in its original packaging if applicable, and in sellable condition, with tags where appropriate.
● A receipt must accompany a return in order to show the date of purchase as well as the method of payment.
● Sale Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
● Clothing must have tags intact and be able to be sold again (If merchandise has been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, has excessive animal fur on it, has an odor good [your favorite perfume] or bad [cigarette smoke], or exhibits any other signs of use, it can not be returned).
● Defective Merchandise may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for replacement. This is on a case-by-case situation. Purchasing a boogie board on Saturday and trying to return it the next Friday claiming that it was defective isn’t acceptable. “Defective” is not the same as “heavily used and abused”.
● Gifts with a gift receipt may be exchanged, or the customer may receive a store credit up to 30 days after purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition.
When making your return please use a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. So long as the item(s) being returned fulfill the above criteria, you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the items you purchased. We do not refund shipping costs.
